We set up Firstcloud a few years ago when we felt there was a very obvious market in providing a genuinely consultative approach to hosting and email services. We noticed that clients were being sold absurd packages and very silly prices, not because they needed them but because they were told they should have them. The clear consequence being an unnecessary cost that client could do without.

We assess what clients need now and in the future by looking at their business, talking to them and establishing what technologies they will be using. We then provide the most appropriate solutions.

We understand only too well that many clients do not want to spend time to fight their way through hundreds of different possibilities. We also understand that some clients prefer to take control and enjoy making their own choice. Clients can therefore either use Fastsafecloud and purchase perfectly good services and manage it themselves or, consult with Firstcloud, receive useful advice, make an informed choice and then have the entire process managed for as long as they stay with Firstcloud. Our approach means clients don’t have to log into control panels, manage domains, deal with setting up and managing emails and so on. They tell us, we do it!
